MICHAEL BELOSTOCK, ESQ

Mr. Belostock has been an associate of the firm since December 2017. Mr. Belostock focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing public and private sector employers, unions and employees in all types of employment litigation and defense. Additionally, Mr. Belostock represents clients with numerous issues, from land use applications dealing with complex development plans to commercial lending transactions to No Fault (PIP) insurance litigation. Mr. Belostock is experienced litigating wrongful death actions in State and Federal Courts. Mr. Belostock also represents several municipalities in commercial and residential property tax appeals and has appeared before the Tax Court of New Jersey and numerous county tax boards throughout New Jersey.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Belostock served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Francis Hodgson in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County Vicinage. Mr. Belostock then served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. As part of the Grand Jury Unit, he was responsible for preparing and presenting felony cases to the grand jury ranging from first degree drug crimes to attempted murder.

Mr. Belostock received his Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts, from Rutgers University. Mr. Belostock is admitted to the New Jersey bar as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
